Most used are

dev-cpp

Microsoft c++

Borland

Borland is good, but costs money.
Microsoft C++ is ok, but it's made by (or stolen by) Microsoft.
My favorite is Dev-Cpp, it's fast and easy. Hope it helps.
PM or email or add me on msn if you need help.

I don't know how good it is, but Microsoft Visual C++ is a very easy to use program. Codeblocks is a bit uncomfortable to use, but a lot quicker to install. You could probably get on with either well, but I really didn't like Codeblocks. I don't like Visual either, but it is the best I've seen so far (in that I actually managed to compile something in it once :P ).
